ONE} before you join, we feel we should give you a heads up on what you'll see. HIJA is unrated - gore, violence, language, lust, and all around insanity is a very large possibility.

TWO} if you're under fourteen we highly recommend you asking your parents if you're allowed to be here. we do not wish to be responsible for what you see. if you're under thirteen? well, by probards tos rules you're not allowed anyway.

THREE} your admin are tany and zack, feel free to contact them at any given time if you are having trouble, or are confused, or someone is harassing/giving you a hard time. we want your stay here to be enjoyable and we are here to help. they are both adults, they can handle it. we will be hiring staff as HIJA grows, so be on the lookout if you're wanting to help out!

FOUR} don't say we didn't warn you.

joining

ONE} only one character per account.

TWO} only five characters per person. no more, unless you're active - PM a staff member. only one of those characters may be a canon.

THREE} i don't care what you join as, as long as it's not offensive. just be sure to go into your profile and change your display name to your character's first and last name.

FOUR} be sure your face claim is available!

applications

ONE} do not post anywhere until you are approved, except if you're reserving a face claim. no where else: not even games.

TWO} don't edit our application. seriously. if we wanted it altered, we'd have left it plain!

THREE} please be semi-familiar with the series. we don't have time to sum it up for you. spoiler possibilities are everywhere.

FOUR} your character's name cannot match your face claim in anyway. you can't use anne hathaway and name your kid annabella, see?

FIVE} your character's name cannot match a fictitious character's in any way. if you're using daniel radcliffe and you name your kid harry or you give him the surname potter? denied.

posting

ONE} all posts should be in third person, past tense, with proper grammar and spelling. you must use quotation marks around speech, whether you use " or ' or even `. use one of the three. no astericks, this is not a chatspeak RPG.

TWO} three paragraph minumum. we understand writer's block, but seriously? actually trying to get a post out is a lot easier than you think.

THREE} spell check is your friend.

FOUR} do not godmod. don't know what that is? you don't belong here.

FIVE} it's common courtesy to reply to a reponse with an equal response. if someone posts five paragraphs in return to you, don't respond with two - push for a bit more, you obviously have more to work off of.

ONE} only real people, please. no anime, animals, cartoons, ect.

TWO} we do not allow myspace faces here, or any other overly 'emo, goth, punk' faces. sorry, it's an annoying fad and i don't think any pretentious school would accept that. see the full list here. still not sure? PM the staff.

THREE} signatures must not stretch the board or they will be removed. height should not succeed 300 or it will be removed. text does not count, but be reasonable.

FOUR} no nudity. bathing suits are fine, as are topless men, but please no breasts, or any genitalia. really. go find a porn site if you want all that jazz.

FIVE} you should have an icon when you put up your application - no icon? ignored app.

everything else

ONE} as admin we have the right to alter our rules at any given time. if we feel you did something and it's not on the rule list, we'll add it. we forget things, too.

TWO} any accounts that haven't posted an application will be deleted after one week of joining date. sorry. you're more than welcome to re-register, of course!

THREE} any unfinished applications left unfinished for a week will be automatically denied. feel free to resubmit an application again, though.

FOUR} if you have a problem with any of the rules, please do not bother complaining to us. we don't care, and your complaining will not make us want you here - so go ahead and leave your shit at the door.
